What inspires you?

I am fascinated by small children because they are naturally very curious, playful and free. They are masters of letting them selfs be totally immersed in the present moment. To get lost and fascinated by the simple things.

Nature is another constant inspiration to me. If I am seeking answers to something, I swear I can always find it in the natural world. Nature helps me understand the difference between emotional and spiritual happiness and that the latter, who comes from within, is accessible to me at all times. When I go on a run in the forest, a ride in the trees or a swim in the ocean, I feel the most connected to myself and everything around me.

What motivates you?

That I know nothing but everything!

What are the top 3 things on your bucket list?

Buy a piece of land so I can practice growing my own food and live more sustainable.
Dive deeper into the world of meditation and become a certified meditation guide.
Write a book or create a film project focusing on the environment, health and how we can all be a part of the solution.

Who has been your biggest influence?

Chanelle Sladics. She came into my life about 10 years ago and my consciousness started to expand immediately. I thought I had most things figured out... :) Through education and practice, I became more aware of how I can be better for the world and realized that I have so much to learn. By being mindful of my day to day choices, purchases, what I eat, who I surround myself with, what I spend my time doing... life has become so far beyond what I ever thought it could be. It's been a vibrant and exciting journey into the unknown, and as I give of me, it continues to give back...

Short answers

Hidden talent?
I remember where most thing are. If you lost your keys I probably can find them for you. I guess I just make a note of where people put things. I can also make a delicious, raw cacao mousse and play a little bit of ukulele :)

What could you not live without?
Gratitude. And love. Ultimately they are the same, originating from the heart and our soul.

What's your best life hack?
Be open minded and light hearted, set yourself clear goals and practice being patient. Once you focus on what you want to attract, zoom out and let go of any attachments. For it is when your are clear, yet least expect something that it comes flying right into your life.
